How to measure correctly
1
Measure the height without shoes
Place the child with their back against the wall and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
2
Measure the leg length (inseam)
Measure from the floor to the crotch with a book pressed between the legs — this determines the saddle height.
3
Choose by height, not just age
Children grow differently. If the child is between two sizes, choose the smaller one for better control.
